Prepared by Kartik Manda of Applied Pavement Technology, this presentation was part of the "How to Manage Your Assets" session of the 11th National Conference on Transportation Asset Management. Mr. Manda's primary focus was to develop a set of guidelines for data collection and processing. These guidelines include 4 steps– preparing for methodology selection, methodology selection, collecting the data, and data processing and management.
