Asset Management, Extreme Weather, and Proxy Indicators Pilot Final Report

This pilot project was to develop a framework for extreme weather event risks focused on flood risk in the Houston area. The project looked at the impact of flooding on three different pavement types and the system disruptions. Proxy indicators were evaluated for use as risk indicators such as floodplains, meteorological data, travel times and patterns from GPS.
