Implementation of Strategic Asset Management at Port of Melbourne, Australia. The objective of this paper is to discuss the Port of Melbourne’s journey and experiences in implementing a strategic asset management program with the principle outcomes being the ability to reliably understand, predict and influence the total life-cycle cost of its infrastructure assets.
