Texas' SLRTP identifies the challenges presented by stakeholders, determines infrastructure and funding needs, examines transportation investment decisions, and describes the ideas and solutions presented by the users of Texas’s transportation systems. This plan will formed the basis for the Texas Transportation Plan 2040.
