Texas Transportation Plan 2040
The Texas Transportation Plan (TTP) 2040 records the existing infrastructure in Texas, and demonstrates funding needs for all passenger and freight modes from 2014 to 2040. This is the state’s first performance-based long-range transportation plan, improving off the techniques in the previous Statewide Long-Range Transportation Plan 2035. The plan provides a template to meet unprecedented increase in demands in Texas amid declining revenues.
